Three-Year Accreditation through August 31, 2019 for the following programs: Assessment and Referral: Integrated: AOD/MH (Adults and Children and Adolescents) Crisis and Information Call Centers: Integrated: AOD/MH (Adults and Children and Adolescents) Integrated: IDD/Mental Health (Adults and Children and Adolescents) Crisis Intervention: Integrated: AOD/MH (Adults and Children and Adolescents) GCAL was the first behavioral health call center to be accredited as a Crisis and Information Call Center in 2007. This was BHL’s 1st CARF accreditation and covered both mobile and call center for the designations on the current certificate.
