Georgia Crisis Line Services
Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL)

Crisis Line Services
Behavioral Health Link has supported and managed crisis lines and care for behavioral health agencies for more than 25 years. During that time our statewide call center has gained national recognition as one of the top crisis call center providers in the United States.
Since its inception in 2006, BHL acts as a sole proprietor of the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL). The 800 phone number is a confidential hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in Georgia.
The crisis line connects callers with professional counselors who can provide a linkage to support services for any kind of behavioral health situation.
BHL is prepared to assist states, agencies, and other stakeholders in the development, implementation, and operation of complex crisis programs.
